Valencia Love, Friend of R Kelly, Says she want's Her Money Back!

Valencia Love a close friend of R&B singer R Kelly is now asking for the money she put up for R. Kelly when he first turned himself in. Valencia Love paid 100,000 dollars towards R. Kellys bond. 

Complex reported that Love paid “four installments of $25,000 in order to have him released from Cook County State jail just two nights after he turned himself in.”Love's restaurant, On The Blu suffered after people found out of her generous offering to the indicted singer. However, Judge Lawrence Flood says that love was aware that there may be a loss when she signed the bond. The judge can order that bond to pay lawyer fees, court cost and fines. Flood says if there are changes in circumstances and R. Kelly is released then Mrs. Love can bring back up the case and he will then take a look at giving back her money.

Nick Carter Officially Confirms That He Put a Restraining Order Out Against His Younger Brother Aaron Carter

For the past week the Carter family has been squabbling and you can say that big brother Nick has had enough with Aaron Carter's sh*. Prior to this week Aaron Carter had been diagnosed with mental health illnesses including Schizophrenia. Fast forwarding to this week, Aaron threatened his brother Nicks pregnant wife saying that he would kill Nicks wife and their unborn child. Thus, this prompting Nick to take out a restraining order on his little brother for the safety of his family.  It is now said that Aaron's twin sister Angel Conrad too wants to place a restraining order against Aaron for domestic violence. Conrad's restraining order is still awaiting a judge's approval.

New York Has Placed a Ban on Flavored E-Cigarettes

If you enjoy using flavored e-cigarettes to get over your nicotine addiction, then you better hurry and stock up on your e-cigarettes before they are gone! New York is one city that has already taken on the banishment of e-cigarettes in the state of New York. Due to latest statistics, there has been as much as 530 cases this year of e-cigarette related illnesses. Out of those illnesses atleast 8 people have died from smoking flavored e-cigarettes. As a rise in vaping issues come about many companies such as Walmart are starting to opt out of selling the e-cigarette product until investigations are finished.

Tekashi 6ix9ine drops some names of some heavy hitters in court this week as he testifies against his trey gansta bloods gang. Tekashi was asked by lawyer, Alex Huot, 

“You knew Cardi B was a Blood?” 
6ix9ine replies, “Correct.”

“You know Cardi B made music videos with Bloods in the background?” Huot questioned, again Tekashie says, “yes.” 

Another celebrity Tekashi dropped is rapper Jim Jones. Tekashi also identified Jim Jones as a blood member. On Thursday the jury heard a wiretapped recording of Jim Jones on the phone with Trey gangs godfather Jamal 'Mel Murda' Jones , slandering the crew and calling them "frauds" and "dirty bloods."

Tekashi was asked if he was snitching in order to see a  lighter sentencing or to help the government. He replied, "a little bit of both."

As if Popeyes didn't cause enough commotion in the fast food industry. Now KFC has come to stir up some more havoc. They are releasing a new chicken sandwich with a little bit of a twist. The Chicken sandwich is not cover with two buttery buns, but instead, covered with two warm glazed doughnuts. No one quite has the 411 on where these doughnuts are coming from but that just raises a bigger question. Apparently these chicken sandwiches are being tested and are only available in Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh, Norfolk and Richmond, Virginia.

SEATTLE MAKES MOTION TO VACATE INMATES WITH MARIJUANA CHARGES!

Seattle is making major changes in the Law. Not only did they stop persecuting  marijuano possession back in 2010 but they are now filing a motion to dismiss the charges and vacate convictions from 1997 till 2010. The motion has to go through a court approval but once all has been said there will be 542 convictions erased! The mayor Jenny A. Durkan  and Attorney Pete Holmes says these convictions and misdemeanors have a negative affect on a person’s unemployment opportunities, education options, government benefits, travel and immigration status. 

RHIANNA'S FENTY LINE BEING SUED?!!

Rhianna actually has bad news for once. you know people don’t really bad mouth her except for the whole Chris Brown incident. Well now the Highly announced star's clothing line may not get the chance to make a major impact.Reported by TMZ, Allegedly back in January a company by the name of  Freedom United  informed Puma that they needed to stop their collab. with Rhianna’s Fenty X Puma line. They said that there were similarities between bad Gal RiRi’s Fenty University line and their own, saying that they used a similar FU logo. Now RiRi’s logo Used F.U. for her latest line. With that being said Freedom United asked Puma to stop making merchandise and publicize how much has been made.  Puma retaliated by denying the allegations against them saying that the font is completely different on both products. This was not the answer Freedom United was looking for and they plan to move forward with filing a suit against Puma.

Now less than a year ago a jury was not able to reach a verdict therefore having a mistrial. But Cosby has now been convicted by a Jury. he will be possibly facing up to 10 years in prison and fined up to $25,000 on each count. As of Right now Cosby is on House arrest until his Court Date for sentencing. He will be on house arrest for about 75 days till sentencing.

Meek Mill is schedule to be back in court in 60 days to get the testimony dropped against him, that has been provided by a officer who was just listed as a corrupt policeman.

MAILMAN SAYS HE WAS OVERWHELMED WITH DELIVERING MAIL

A New York maliman is facing federal charges after 17k pieces of mail were found with his belongings. According to NBC Aleksey Germash was hoarding people’s mail. An Anonymous tip came to USPS stating that there was a Nissan Pathfinder in Dyke heights in Brooklyn, had over 20 full bags of mail in it. Investigators follow up the tip only to find years of undelivered mail in the mans car home and even in his work locker. Some mail is dated as far back as year 2005. When Germash was asked why he had been taking the mail he state that he was overwhelmed by the amount of mail he had to deliver, but made sure to deliver the important mail. Germash worked for USPS for 16 years.

A gunman was tackled to the ground by a civilian after opening fire on a waffle house near Nashville Tennessee Sunday Morning. 4 people died and 4 others were injured by the assailant. Its said that more people could’ve have been hurt if it wasn’t for the courageous 29 year old James shaw. Shaw says people are calling him a hero but he doesn’t consider himself a hero. He stated he was trying to get out so he took his chance by tackling the man and taking his gun from him. the 29 year old gunman Travis Reinking was able to make it away but without his clothing, leaving the man nude and on barefoot to get away.  investigators Have now located the gunman who was hiding out in the woods with a black backpack containing a gun and ammunition. But whats really got the internet rowdy? Well the Gunman has been granted a bond. Travis reining was given a $2Mill bond after killing these 4 people!! But they wouldn’t even give meek a bond and he was in jail for riding four wheelers?! We will keep you guys posted!
