The officer who arrested meek Mills has turned out to be a cop on the Naughty list this year. It’s reported that meek Mills arresting officer Reginald Graham has been outed by a secret list for Philadelphia’s dirty cops! Although this list is secret it has since now been released to the public and Officer Reginald Grahams name was on it. He is known for arrest of meek mills back in 2007 for drug charges and was also the only witness in 2008 at meek Mills trial.
